The Arrow Youth Leadership Council International is EECDC’s premier, award-winning youth leadership program designed to develop young leaders through structured training, mentorship, civic engagement, and global exposure.

Why It Matters

Arrow serves as a foundation of our Intergenerational Algorithms, ensuring that leadership, knowledge, and opportunity are transferred, protected, and multiplied across generations.
